I understand that the work I was asking them to do might be expensive and difficult, but instead of just telling me that upfront they led me to believe they would be able to fix the issue. I waited almost 3 weeks for them to follow up and got nothing.
I would never get any work done by this company because it seems like they are dishonest and LAZY!
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I called D M Electric to repair some electrical work in my home. One of the electricians visited my home and diagnosed the problem. He then said they would follow up with a quote. After a week of not hearing from them I called and they said they were still waiting for something and didn't have the quote for me yet. After waiting another week I called for a second time. This time they said and I quote "the guy that came to your house doesn't want to do it" They also said that the work at our home would be "very expensive and it would be difficult to find someone that would want to do it"
I have never dealt with a more blatantly arrogant and rude company in my 57 years of living. I myself worked 13 years in the hvac (heating, Ventilation and air conditioning) business in Seattle, and several years at an HVAC training school, but am now disabled in Ohio. So I have been around the business. They called and gave me one appointment option for sometime after 12 noon, "their criteria", and I accepted and was planning on that. they called at 10:30 am and woke me up stating that they would be here in ten minutes. I suggested that could not take my medication, get out of bed and dressed and let a crew in that quickly. I had planned on sometime after noon. They suggested they would reschedule, and I agreed. A month later, I called to check on an appointment, and I was told that I because in their opinion, "I had to have it my way", that they will not come back. I don't know what I had done, but I wonder how they treat all their customers. I personally would recommend that you avoid these guys at all costs. I would bend over backwards for anybody if I could, and I have been nothing but nice on their first visit yet now receive nothing but attitude. To actually blame the customer for something out of their control, is such bad behavior. I hate saying this but I am disabled and just could not react that fast. They are in the wrong business, especially the opinionated ill informed old man that answers the phone and is probably the owner.
